At DAYTWO, we combine technology and creativity. We create tailored solutions using Craft CMS, headless architecture, and React — often for brands and campaigns with high demands for user experience. We are now looking for a senior developer who wants to take part in technical decisions, work closely with clients, and build solutions where AI is often a natural component.

What you’ll be doing

• Build tailored solutions with Craft CMS – We mainly use Craft CMS’ built-in templating system with HTML, CSS (Tailwind), and vanilla JavaScript to create solutions that are both user-friendly and flexible.
• Implement pixel-perfect frontend designs – You’ll code with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Make technical decisions – You won’t just write code — you’ll shape solutions, make architecture choices, and work closely with both clients and designers.
• Be part of the full development process – From initial idea to finished product, you’ll be involved all the way.
• Integrate AI into solutions – AI is a natural part of both our products and our internal processes.
• Use React where it adds the most value – While we primarily use Craft CMS templating, React is an important part of our stack where it makes sense.
• Work closely with designers and clients – We believe that the best solutions are built through close collaboration, not isolated processes.

We are looking for

• Experience with Craft CMS – This is not a junior role; we are looking for someone with several years of hands-on Craft CMS experience.
• Solid frontend skills (React/Next.js) – We build modern, performance-oriented solutions.
• A pragmatic problem-solver – You take responsibility and find good solutions instead of waiting for fully detailed specifications.
• The ability to see the bigger picture – In a small team, it’s important to understand technology, user experience, and business value.
• Strong communication skills – You can explain technical decisions clearly to both colleagues and clients, without being too technical or too vague.

In this role, we are open to both hybrid and remote work arrangements. However, it is important that you are able to take part in our great work environment in Oslo. Therefore, we expect that you already live in, or are willing to relocate to the Oslo area within approximately one year.
